About Phyllis Vineberg
RDI Institute is proud to introduce Phyllis Vineberg, our Executive Coordinator at the Renaissance Dental & Implant Institute. Phyllis began her career in dentistry back in 1975. She owes much of her intimate and comprehensive knowledge of the profession due to her passion for dentistry. For over 35 years she honed her skills chair-side as a dental assistant and was introduced to implant dentistry on the prosthetic end during the mid 90’s. In 1996 she became Office Manager overseeing all staff problems and concerns, handled any patient problems and difficulties, collections and dealing with outside personnel (e.g. the accountant, bookkeeper, marketing organization, etc.). Furthering her knowledge of implant dentistry she became Implant Consultant, explaining the benefits of implant treatments, organizing financial options for patients, fees, addressing all patients' concerns and questions at a peer level, arranging follow-up appointments, and issuing patient reports to referral dentists.
From 1997 to 2008, Phyllis served as Executive Coordinator for Pacific Implant Institute and was responsible for organizing and overseeing all vital components of the business; hotels, catering, surgical clinic, preparing surgical patients (e.g. medications, pre and post surgical instructions, medical history), ensuring the smooth operation of the surgical faculty, coordination of dentists, education and licensing, arranging representatives for donations, accounts receivable and payable, course fee collections, organization of all exhibits, bookings and traveling arrangements, course sales, organizing all printed material for brochures and courses, sales and patient service, and helping staff overcome problems with implant office team integration.
